1st July 2018    Annual Rate Increases    Per Resolutions 2013-18, 19, 20, 21 the Solid Waste, Water, Gas and Waste Water rates will be increased by 2.07%. “Unless acted upon by City Council, the rates shall be adjusted effective July 1st of each year multiplied by the annual change in the Consumer Price Index – All Urban Consumers – U.S. City Average (CPI) as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics for the period from January 1st of the preceding year to January 1st of the current year.”

Per Resolution 2015-11 the Cemetery rates will increase by 2.07%. “Every fiscal year fees will be adjusted by the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

24th April 2018    Golf Course closed    The course will be closed Tuesday, April 24th until approximately 1 p.m. to accommodate the Sunsites tournament.

25th April 2018    Golf Course closed    The course will be closing at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25th to accommodate the high school matches.

Must possess valid Arizona Class D Drivers License.  
On-call status 15 minute response time required.

The City of Willcox will receive bids on a general contract for: 
“City of Willcox, Chip Seal Project.”

Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. May 1, 2018, by the City of 
Willcox, 250 N. Railroad Ave., Willcox AZ., 85643. Bids are to be 
submitted to the City of Willcox, attention Galovale Galovale and 
Gary Adams, Chip Seal Project. Bids received after that time will 
not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened 
and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 1, 2018, at the Willcox 
Public Works Department 250 N. Railroad Ave., Willcox, AZ, 85643.

The City of Willcox will select the most responsive and 
responsible bidder.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend, attendance is 
not mandatory.

Location and general description of construction for this project:

Supply 77 tons crs-2p oil, provide applicator truck and driver. 
This will be a seven block project. CRS-2P application rate will 
be .45. The project will be conducted on June 6 and 7, 2018 
starting at 7:00 a.m. 

Bids will be for CRS-2P oil, driver, applicator truck, driver, 
taxes, and mobilization.

Upon receipt of “notice of Award” the successful bidder will 
deliver all required documents stated within award notice.

Bidder shall clearly mark on the outside of the bid envelope 
“City of Willcox, Chip Seal Project”. Give name, address, date, 
and Arizona contractors and/or business license number.
The City of Willcox reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
