The City of Willcox will receive bids on a general contract for:
 “City of Willcox, Chip Seal Project.”

Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. March 16, 2017, by the
 City of Willcox, 250 N. Railroad Ave., Willcox AZ., 85643. Bids
 are to be submitted to the City of Willcox, attention Galovale
 Galovale and Gary Adams, Chip Seal Project. Bids received after
 that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

 Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday
 March 16, 2017, at the Willcox Public Works Department 250 N.
 Railroad Ave., Willcox, AZ, 85643. Attendance is not mandatory.

Request for Proposals

The City of Willcox will receive proposals for 
an annual general contract with the option
to renew for Support Service for the existing 
natural gas system: PE pipes, steel pipes
(welding), meters, new services, gas main 
extensions/installations, and emergency repair
and support. All proposals must be presented 
with hourly rates for each crew member, A
certified welder for steel natural gas pipe 
must be part of the proposed work crew. The
contractor must supply all necessary equipment. 
Drug and alcohol testing, per applicable
Federal Pipeline Safety requirements, applies 
along with Quality Assurance records
requirements.

Proposals will be received until February 28,2017 
at 10:00 a.m. by the City of Willcox
Public Works Office, 250 N. Railroad Avenue, 
Arizona 85643, Proposals are to be
submitted to Galovale Galovale, Public Works 
Director with envelopes clearly marked:
Proposal, Support ^ Proposals can be submitted 
in person to the Public
Works Office or by email to ggalovale@willcoxcity,.org.
Proposals will be opened February 28, 2016,
10:00 a.m. Attendance not mandatory.
This Request for Proposals is obtainable on 
the City of Willcox web site under "Bid
Opportunities" at www.cjtyofwiilcox,org.
